And I have to say that the ducks breast doesn't look that pink as Gordon usually cooks his meat so that's a good thing for pink meat avoiders.
Although the pushing your finger on the ducks breast could be misinterpreted as an offence in certain countries. But all in all I have to try this this christmas with a few ducks breasts!?
